Instead of every family arriving in the first hour of the first morning, bookings are spaced across your opening hours. Set slot lengths that match the pace of a real fitting, allow multiple families per slot during busier periods, or stay one-on-one when the service calls for it.

Sizing ready before they arrive
Custom booking forms let you ask for sizing estimates, existing uniform pieces to reuse, house colours, or payment preferences. By the time the family walks in, the team already knows what the appointment is for and can have the right items ready.
If you only need an order form without an appointment, run the event in registration-only mode. Families submit their sizes and requirements and your shop processes the orders on its own schedule.

Siblings in a single appointment
Families with more than one child at your school do not want to book two appointments and turn up twice. A single booking can cover several students, with the booking form collecting sizing per child in the one visit.
