Can I try Schoolea before I purchase a subscription?
Sure can! Schoolea is free to try for 7 days with no credit card required. Your trial gives you and your staff the chance to evaluate Schoolea for your school by creating test events and seeing how the process works for parents and attendees.
Towards the end of your trial we'll be in touch to see whether you'd like to continue your subscription. If you choose not to, any active events you have running will be restricted.
How do parents and caregivers access our upcoming events?
Parents and caregivers can access your events by using your own event website for your school. Your event website can be customized with your schools branding, and is used for accessing public and private events.
For those without access to the internet, your staff can manage bookings on behalf of parents and caregivers.
How do our staff manage our upcoming events?
Staff are assigned their own login when first added to your Schoolea account that can be used to manage and view upcoming events.
Staff can have different levels of access based on their role, such as only being able to view their own information, or being able to manage other staff in your school or organization.
How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express through our online portal to ensure uninterrupted service for your school or organization.
Invoices can also be requested, however it may take several days to process your renewal depending on bank transfer times. We are not able to accept checks or money orders at this time.
What currency are prices quoted in?
Prices are quoted in NZD for New Zealand customers, AUD for Australian customers, and USD for the rest of the world.
What happens to my events when my subscription ends?
Staff access stops immediately, but parents keep going. To avoid disrupting families with bookings already in their calendar, your event website stays open for a 14-day grace period after a missed payment so attendees can keep registering and managing bookings as normal. After 14 days the website is taken offline as well.
Throughout the grace period your account administrators and finance managers can sign in to renew the subscription, and once they do staff access and event-related emails resume immediately.
